Shipping
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Most deliveries arrive within 6 to 14 days, tracked door to door. Shipping is free on orders over $70; below that, the exact rate shows at checkout before you pay. If an order splits into more than one parcel, you will get tracking for each and pay nothing extra.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind, and opened products are fine. Skin needs time to decide, and a rule that punishes trying things would be a strange rule for a beauty store. Start a return from the contact page with your order number and we will send instructions the same business day.
Damaged or wrong items
If something arrives broken, leaking, or simply not what you ordered, send a photo within 7 days and we will replace or refund it immediately. Keep the item; do not pay to ship problems back to us.
