Delivery
Vaire currently ships within the United States. Most orders arrive in around five days. Delivery timing is an estimate and can vary by destination, product availability, weather, carrier conditions, and peak periods.
Shipping rates
Standard tracked U.S. shipping is $8 and is free on orders of $70 or more. The final shipping charge is shown before payment.
Tracking and split shipments
Tracking is provided when an order ships. Some orders may arrive in more than one parcel. When that happens, each parcel may have its own tracking update.
Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return, including for an opened product. Start through the contact page and include your order number. Customer care will provide instructions based on the item and order.
Damaged, leaking, or incorrect items
Contact Vaire within 7 days of delivery and include a clear photo of the item and packaging. The team will review the issue and arrange the appropriate replacement or refund.
