How long does shipping take?
Orders leave the warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery usually lands between 6 and 14 days depending on the item and your address, and every order ships with tracking. The exact window shows at checkout.
What if a product does not suit my skin?
Skin needs time to decide, and sometimes the answer is no. You have 30 days from delivery to return any item, opened or not. Write to us and we will sort it without a fight.
