We want every VAIRE piece to earn its place in your ritual. If something is not right, you have 30 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return. Opened and gently used products are eligible: beauty deserves to be tried.
Email hello@vairebeauty.com or call (832) 844-0089 with your order number. We will confirm eligibility and send the return address and instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.
Look over your order when it arrives. If a piece is damaged, leaking, or not what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We will make it right with a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping you paid.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you and issue the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and nothing has arrived, contact us at hello@vairebeauty.com.
VAIRE Beauty does not charge a restocking fee. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect, or the law requires otherwise. Original shipping charges are not refunded except in those cases.
The fastest path to a different piece is to request a return for the one you have and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Gift cards are not returnable. Promotional free gifts, such as the eye brush set included with qualifying orders, should be included with your return if the return brings your order below the qualifying threshold.
VAIRE Beauty currently ships within the United States, and this policy applies to orders delivered to U.S. addresses. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you hold under applicable law.
